It is Budget time

Budgets need to be linked to strategy. Don’t waste money by spending on communications that won’t deliver what is needed. Think twice about the development of new resources. It is cheaper and often more efficient to value add onto what is already in place than to create something new.

We’ve been able to help one client clear its thinking about developing a new website for a new service. After asking why, a simple but often forgotten question, the solution was obvious. A few changes to the organisation’s existing menu bars, links and sub-pages (and substantial savings later), and the service has its own space within a well-visited website. Better still, there are funds available for other projects.
